14. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer only upon delivery of the Products to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer.

If the Customer provides an incorrect shipping address or fails to collect a shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

refusal to pay customs charges;
unclaimed parcels;
incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer,

we reserve the right to deduct shipping, return handling, customs, and administrative costs from any refund.

Customers are responsible for checking the condition of the package upon delivery. Visible transport damage should be reported to the carrier immediately.
