  • Stock unavailability


11. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.


12. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods (e.g., card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay).

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • Billing information is accurate

  • Sufficient funds are available

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.


13. Fraud Prevention

14. Errors and Corrections

15. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to selected destinations using reliable courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer only when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer.

For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.


16. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed


17. Legal Guarantee (EU)

Consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.

If a product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering any defect.


18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud, or statutory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Products.


19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.


20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures.


21. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.


22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable law.


23. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

You agree to receive communications electronically.

These Terms are provided in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version prevails.
