Where do you deliver?
Whisperal™ currently ships to European Union countries only.
Can I cancel an order after checkout?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, cancellation may still be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible or submit a request through our returns portal.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately with the correct information. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery details.
Why is my order taking longer to arrive?
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to customs or local delivery services. If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, our team will make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Will all items be delivered in one package?
In most cases, orders are shipped together. However, depending on stock availability or warehouse location, your order may arrive in separate parcels with individual tracking updates.
Will I need to pay customs or import charges?
Customers outside the EU may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not controlled by Whisperal™. For customers in the United Kingdom, orders above £135 may be subject to additional import charges due to current Brexit regulations (for more information, check https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty)
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes — non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do returns and refunds take?
Once your return reaches us, it is usually processed within 14 days. After approval, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take between 5–30 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us with a photo of the item and your order details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes — all Whisperal™ jewelry is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Every situation is reviewed individually to ensure the most suitable solution for our customers.
