This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations, withdrawal rights, and related requests are handled by Whisperal (“we”, “us”, “our”) for purchases made through https://whisperal.com (the “Website”).

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. No Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please ensure that all order details, including shipping address, product selection, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.

However, consumers residing in the European Union retain their statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the Products, as described below.


2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • you receive the Product; or
  • a third party designated by you receives the Product.

To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us by a clear statement sent to:

You may use your own wording; a formal withdrawal form is not required.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.


3. Return Conditions After Cancellation

After notifying us of withdrawal or cancellation, Products must be returned within 14 days.

Returned Products must:

  • be unused;
  • be in original condition;
  • include original packaging, accessories, and tags where applicable;
  • not show signs of excessive handling, wear, or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the Product is defective;
  • the wrong Product was delivered;
  • otherwise required by applicable law.

Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery returns may be refused.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after:

  • we receive the returned Product; or
  • you provide proof that the Product has been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Where legally required, standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds until returned Products are received or sufficient proof of return is provided.


5. Diminished Value

Customers are responsible for any diminished value of returned Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.

If returned Products:

  • show signs of use;
  • are damaged;
  • are missing components;
  • contain stains, odors, or other alterations;
  • are returned in non-resalable condition,

we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally.


6. Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable Items

The right of cancellation or withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made Products;
  • Products made according to customer specifications;
  • sealed Products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once opened;
  • digital products or downloadable content where applicable;
  • gift cards;
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

7. Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • refused by the recipient;
  • unclaimed;
  • returned due to incorrect address information;
  • returned because customs duties or import taxes were not paid,

we reserve the right to deduct:

  • shipping costs;
  • return shipping fees;
  • customs charges;
  • handling and administrative costs

from any refund.


8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect Product, please contact us promptly at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photographs where possible.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer:

  • replacement;
  • repair;
  • refund;
  • store credit;
  • or another appropriate solution.

9. Fraud Prevention

    We reserve the right to refuse cancellations, returns, or refunds in cases involving:

    • fraudulent activity;
    • abuse of refund policies;
    • suspicious chargebacks;
    • returned Products inconsistent with the original order;
    • excessive or abusive return behavior.
